  How can I join the Byte Power X Exchange?
  1. Just register via the Registration Page by clicking on this link here and confirm the e-mail verification sent to your registered e-mail.
  2. Upon completion of the e-mail verification, log in via the Login Page by clicking on this link here.



  What do I need to do before I can start trading?
  1. Log In via the Login Page by clicking on this link here
  2. Proceed to the Profile Page.
  3. Fill-in the basic information and save.
  4. Go to the Verification folder in the Profile Page, complete the verification data and save.
  5. Our KYC Team will verify your data and notify you of your approval status via a confirmation email.



  Why don’t I get credited the full value of my executed order?
For every executed order, we charge a small transaction fee of the value. This applies to both buy and sell orders.



  How can I create a new order?

  2. Proceed to the “Buy & Sell” Page.
  3. Select the market of your choice.
  4. You can specify the type of the order, the amount of traded cryptocurrency and limit the price. In general, you can place following orders:
  • Buy order (I want to buy Cryptocurrency) - limit and market orders
  • Sell order (I want to sell Cryptocurrency) - limit and market orders




  How can I cancel orders?
  1. Log In via the Login Page by clicking on this link here
  2. Proceed to the “Buy & Sell” Page.
  3. Select the market of your choice.
  4. Scroll down to the “Open Orders” section and check your current orders
  5. There is a clickable button marked with an X on the left side of every open or paused order. After clicking you can cancel the order by confirming the subsequent dialog.




  Is it possible to cancel executed orders?
Byte Power X is an exchange software which automatically matches and executes orders. Being able to cancel an executed order conflicts with the safe execution of trades. We enable safe trades that cannot be reverted, giving our users full security. Giving the opportunity to cancel or revert executed trades endangers the safety of trades.



  What are “Market” orders?
Market Orders (or “at best” orders) will be matched with the best available price on the market; therefore, getting matched instantly (if possible). “At best” execution orders requires only the amount of Cryptocurrency to be sold/bought. In contrary to limit orders, price limit cannot be specified for Market Orders. “Best execution” orders are best if:
  • You have no knowledge of the current market price structure.
  • You want to buy or sell a certain amount of cryptocurrency as quickly as possible.




  What are “Limit” orders?
Limit orders are created with the amount of Cryptocurrencies that is required to be bought/sold together with the price limit that you want to pay/earn at most or at least per Cryptocurrency. The order will only be executed if a matching order within the specified price range is available. If no matching order exists, the order cannot be executed and waits for execution. “Limit orders” are great for:
  • Holding Cryptocurrencies for a longer period of time and sell them at a higher exchange rate in the future. For example: You bought 1 Bitcoin for USD3,500 and you want to sell it when the exchange rate hits USD 5,000 per Bitcoin. You place the order: Limit Sell-order, Amount: 1 BTC, Limit: USD 5,000.
  • You want to try to buy Cryptocurrencies with a cheap exchange rate. For example, you plan to buy 10 Bitcoins when the exchange rate is at USD3,000 per Bitcoin. You place the Limit Buy-order: Amount: 10 BTC, Limit: USD 3,000.




  How can I restore my password?
  1. Proceed to the Login page by clicking on this link here
  2. Click on the “Forgot Password” link.
  3. Subsequently, enter your e-mail address that you had registered with and solve the reCaptcha.
  4. Click Send.
  5. You will receive a password recovery e-mail. From within the Password Recovery e-mail, click the link in the email to be directed to the Password Change page.
  6. Within the Password Change page, you can provide a new password.




  How can I change my e-mail address?

  What is a two-factor-authentication (2FA)?
Two-factor-authentication (2FA) is an additional security feature for accessing your Byte Power X Account in addition to your login credentials (e-mail and password). Byte Power X offers two options for 2FA:
  • Sending e-Mail tokens.
  • Using the Google Authenticator App.




  What can I do when I can't access Google Authenticator anymore?
